設備(bei)檢(jian)查
- 檢(jian)查設備(bei)外觀(guan)是(shi)否完好(hao),無腐蝕、變形(xing)或破損現象.
- 查看(kan)加(jia)熱棒有無明顯變形(xing)或斷(duan)裂.
- 確保(bao)電(dian)源(yuan)符(fu)合設備(bei)要求,接地(di)正(zheng)常.
- 檢(jian)查溫(wen)控(kong)器是(shi)否準(zhun)確、穩(wen)定.
設備(bei)接線(xian)
- 先(xian)關(guan)閉(bi)設備(bei)電(dian)源(yuan),再進(jin)行接線(xian).
- 選擇(ze)同(tong)類電(dian)纜進(jin)行連接,不(bu)同(tong)電(dian)纜用合適的接頭連接,避免接觸(chu)不(bu)良,接線(xian)完(wan)成(cheng)後檢(jian)查接口是(shi)否牢固.
導熱油添(tian)加
- 向油浴鍋內加(jia)入足(zu)夠(gou)的導熱油,壹(yi)般要確保(bao)能(neng)夠(gou)覆蓋加(jia)熱元(yuan)件(jian),加油時離(li)鍋沿(yan)部(bu)位(wei)不(bu)低(di)於(yu)8CM,且必(bi)須(xu)使用(yong)軟油,如甲(jia)基(ji)矽(gui)油等.
- 註(zhu)意填(tian)充(chong)過程(cheng)中要避(bi)免產(chan)生(sheng)氣(qi)泡(pao).
溫(wen)度傳感器安裝(zhuang)
- 將溫(wen)度傳感器插入高溫(wen)恒(heng)溫(wen)循環油浴鍋內的導熱油中,確保(bao)其(qi)能(neng)夠(gou)準(zhun)確監(jian)測介質(zhi)的溫(wen)度.
設備(bei)加(jia)熱
- 將液(ye)體(ti)或樣(yang)品置(zhi)於(yu)設備(bei)內(nei),調節加(jia)熱功率.
- 加熱時(shi),時刻(ke)關(guan)註(zhu)溫(wen)度變(bian)化,避免溫(wen)度過高(gao)或過低(di),同(tong)時(shi)防止設備(bei)內(nei)出現過載現象.
- 嚴禁(jin)幹(gan)燒(shao),在(zai)加(jia)熱前,還(hai)需確保(bao)熱電(dian)偶(ou)或溫(wen)度計(ji)正(zheng)確置(zhi)於(yu)油浴中(zhong),以(yi)準(zhun)確測定油浴的溫(wen)度.
設備(bei)運(yun)行與監(jian)控
- 若(ruo)需要循環功能或較高(gao)的油溫(wen)均(jun)勻(yun)性,可以(yi)打開循環開關(guan),使(shi)導(dao)熱油在系(xi)統(tong)中循環,以(yi)保證油的溫(wen)度均(jun)勻性.
- 觀(guan)察(cha)溫(wen)度計(ji),等待油溫(wen)逐(zhu)漸(jian)升(sheng)至(zhi)設定溫(wen)度,當油溫(wen)達(da)到設定值(zhi)時(shi),恒溫(wen)控(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)將自(zi)動調(tiao)節加(jia)熱功率.
- 在實(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,持(chi)續(xu)監(jian)控溫(wen)度和循環系(xi)統(tong)的運行狀態(tai),確保(bao)其(qi)穩(wen)定運行.
設備(bei)停(ting)機
- 停機(ji)前,先(xian)關(guan)閉(bi)加(jia)熱功率,再切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan).
- 若(ruo)設備(bei)內(nei)仍有液體(ti)或樣(yang)品,應(ying)先(xian)移(yi)除.
清理(li)維護
- 停機(ji)後,定期(qi)清潔設備(bei),避(bi)免汙(wu)物(wu)積存.
- 定期(qi)檢(jian)查導(dao)熱油的狀況和循環系(xi)統(tong)的密(mi)封性(xing),如發(fa)現導(dao)熱油變質(zhi)或循環系(xi)統(tong)有泄漏等問(wen)題(ti),應(ying)及時更換(huan)導熱油或維(wei)修循環系(xi)統(tong).
