壹、用途(tu)Use

選(xuan)配工(gong)藝(yi)：可以(yi)根(gen)據需(xu)求(qiu)做(zuo)防腐內(nei)襯(chen)，反應(ying)釜內(nei)壁(bi)防腐噴塗工(gong)藝(yi)，可以(yi)耐(nai)強酸(suan)，強(qiang)堿(jian)，高(gao)溫(wen)，低(di)溫(wen)等(deng)工(gong)藝(yi)處理條(tiao)件(jian)。

The reaction kettle can be made of stainless steel materials such as 304 and 316L. The mixing forms include anchor type, frame type, paddle type, etc; The rotating mechanism can adopt cycloidal pin wheel reducer, stepless speed reducer, etc; The sealing device can adopt mechanical seal; Jacket, half tube, and coil structures can be used for heating and cooling; Heating methods include steam, electric heating, heat transfer oil, etc; To meet the process requirements of different working environments such as acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Optional process: Anticorrosive lining can be made according to requirements, and the inner wall of the reaction kettle can undergo anti-corrosion spraying process. It can withstand strong acid, alkali, high temperature, low temperature, and other processing conditions.

●   反應(ying)鍋(guo)由(you)鍋(guo)身(shen)、鍋(guo)蓋(gai)、攪(jiao)拌器(qi)、電(dian)加熱(re)油夾(jia)套、支(zhi)承(cheng)及(ji)傳動裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、軸封(feng)裝置(zhi)等(deng)組成(cheng)，可以(yi)夾(jia)套通導(dao)熱(re)油循(xun)環加熱(re)或(huo)冷卻(que)；或(huo)夾(jia)套設(she)計電(dian)熱(re)棒(bang)或(huo)蒸(zheng)汽半管進(jin)行(xing)加(jia)熱(re)。

●   由(you)於(yu)用戶因(yin)生產(chan)工(gong)藝(yi)，操作條(tiao)件(jian)不盡(jin)相同，攪(jiao)拌形式壹般有錨式、槳(jiang)式(shi)、蝸(wo)輪式、推(tui)進(jin)式(shi)或(huo)框(kuang)式。

●   夾(jia)套上(shang)開(kai)有進(jin)排(pai)油(you)、溢(yi)油、放空(kong)及(ji)測溫(wen)電熱(re)棒(bang)孔(kong)。鍋(guo)體下部(bu)開(kai)有放料(liao)口。
