本(ben)設(she)備適用於中(zhong)藥(yao)、口(kou)服液(ye)、食品、保健品(pin)、化(hua)工(gong)等的酒精沈(chen)澱，酒精沈(chen)澱罐系(xi)醇沈(亦(yi)稱換(huan)溶(rong)或醇桿)舊(jiu)工(gong)藝開(kai)發的專用(yong)設(she)備，主要(yao)用(yong)於中(zhong)藥(yao)水煎液(ye)濃縮(suo)後進(jin)行冷凍酒(jiu)精沈(chen)澱的操作，也(ye)可(ke)用(yong)於(yu)中(zhong)藥(yao)濃縮(suo)液(ye)進(jin)行水(shui)沈(chen)澱的操作。

本(ben)設(she)備是由內罐(guan)體、夾套(tao)、橢(tuo)圓(yuan)封(feng)頭、錐(zhui)形(xing)底(di)封(feng)頭、攪(jiao)拌(ban)系(xi)統以及(ji)特(te)殊的微(wei)調(tiao)旋轉出(chu)液(ye)管(guan)等組裝(zhuang)而成。

中(zhong)藥(yao)水煎濃縮(suo)液(ye)酒精配成壹定(ding)醇度的(de)液(ye)體，然後常溫(wen)或(huo)低溫(wen)冷凍沈(chen)降(jiang)進(jin)行液(ye)固分(fen)離(li)，以(yi)提高(gao)中(zhong)藥(yao)提取(qu)液(ye)的純(chun)度及(ji)澄(cheng)明度。

本(ben)設(she)備全部選(xuan)用(yong)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼SUS304制造(zao)，配有高壓水(shui)自動(dong)噴(pen)淋清(qing)洗(xi)系(xi)統，夾套(tao)中(zhong)可通(tong)低溫(wen)冷卻(que)水(shui)，傳動部位采用(yong)機械(xie)密(mi)封(feng)、防(fang)爆電機確保生產安(an)全，符(fu)合(he)GMP醫(yi)藥(yao)標準，設(she)備表(biao)面(mian)鏡面(mian)或亞(ya)光處(chu)理(li)。

The concentrated decoction of traditional Chinese medicine is made into a liquid with a certain alcohol degree, and then frozen and settled at room temperature or low temperature for liquid-solid separation, so as to improve the purity and clarity of the extract of traditional Chinese medicine.

The equipment is made of stainless steel SUS304 and equipped with high-pressure water automatic spray cleaning system. The jacket can be filled with low-temperature cooling water. The transmission part adopts mechanical seal and explosion-proof motor to ensure production safety and meet GMP medical standards. The surface of the equipment is treated with mirror or matte.
