本設備(bei)適用於(yu)中藥(yao)、口(kou)服液(ye)、食(shi)品、保健(jian)品(pin)、化(hua)工(gong)等(deng)的酒(jiu)精(jing)沈(chen)澱，酒(jiu)精(jing)沈(chen)澱罐(guan)系醇沈(chen)(亦(yi)稱(cheng)換溶(rong)或醇桿(gan))舊工(gong)藝(yi)開發的專用設(she)備(bei)，主要(yao)用於(yu)中藥(yao)水(shui)煎(jian)液(ye)濃(nong)縮(suo)後進(jin)行(xing)冷(leng)凍酒(jiu)精(jing)沈(chen)澱的操(cao)作(zuo)，也可(ke)用於(yu)中藥(yao)濃(nong)縮(suo)液(ye)進(jin)行(xing)水(shui)沈(chen)澱的操(cao)作(zuo)。

本設備(bei)是(shi)由內罐(guan)體、夾套、橢圓封(feng)頭、錐(zhui)形底(di)封(feng)頭、攪(jiao)拌(ban)系統(tong)以及(ji)特殊(shu)的微調(tiao)旋轉出(chu)液(ye)管(guan)等(deng)組(zu)裝(zhuang)而成。

中藥(yao)水(shui)煎(jian)濃縮(suo)液(ye)酒(jiu)精(jing)配(pei)成壹定醇度(du)的液(ye)體，然(ran)後常(chang)溫(wen)或(huo)低(di)溫(wen)冷(leng)凍沈(chen)降進行(xing)液(ye)固(gu)分(fen)離(li)，以(yi)提(ti)高中(zhong)藥(yao)提(ti)取(qu)液(ye)的純度(du)及(ji)澄明度(du)。

本設備(bei)全(quan)部(bu)選用不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼SUS304制造，配有高壓(ya)水(shui)自動噴淋清洗(xi)系統(tong)，夾套中可(ke)通(tong)低(di)溫(wen)冷(leng)卻(que)水(shui)，傳動部位采用機(ji)械密(mi)封(feng)、防爆(bao)電機(ji)確保(bao)生(sheng)產(chan)安全(quan)，符(fu)合GMP醫(yi)藥(yao)標(biao)準(zhun)，設(she)備(bei)表(biao)面(mian)鏡面(mian)或亞光(guang)處(chu)理。

The equipment is composed of inner tank, jacket, elliptical head, conical bottom head, mixing system and special fine-tuning rotating liquid outlet pipe.

The concentrated decoction of traditional Chinese medicine is made into a liquid with a certain alcohol degree, and then frozen and settled at room temperature or low temperature for liquid-solid separation, so as to improve the purity and clarity of the extract of traditional Chinese medicine.

The equipment is made of stainless steel SUS304 and equipped with high-pressure water automatic spray cleaning system. The jacket can be filled with low-temperature cooling water. The transmission part adopts mechanical seal and explosion-proof motor to ensure production safety and meet GMP medical standards. The surface of the equipment is treated with mirror or matte.
