不(bu)銹鋼結(jie)晶罐Crystallization Tank

l 采用進(jin)口(kou)304或(huo)316L不(bu)銹鋼制(zhi)作，內壁采用機(ji)械拋(pao)光(guang)或電(dian)解鏡面(mian)拋(pao)光(guang)，外(wai)壁采用304全(quan)焊接(jie)結(jie)構保溫(wen)，外(wai)表面(mian)采用鏡面(mian)或亞(ya)光(guang)處(chu)理。

l 不銹鋼結(jie)晶罐上(shang)安(an)裝0.22um呼(hu)吸器(qi)。

l 能承受(shou)121℃高溫(wen)滅菌(jun)消(xiao)毒(du)，配備(bei)衛(wei)生(sheng)級壓力(li)表。

l 罐(guan)體對(dui)外(wai)連接(jie)口(kou)采用衛(wei)生(sheng)快(kuai)開接(jie)頭(tou)。

l 帶(dai)有(you)溫(wen)度監(jian)控裝置，2個視鏡，清(qing)洗球及(ji)氮(dan)氣進(jin)口(kou)、溫(wen)度計(ji)口(kou)等(deng)接(jie)口(kou)。

l 軸的(de)密封(feng)采用特(te)殊(shu)的(de)衛(wei)生(sheng)級機(ji)械密封(feng)設計(ji)，確(que)保物(wu)料不受(shou)汙染(ran)。

l 可采用變頻調(tiao)整(zheng)裝置，攪拌(ban)軸轉(zhuan)速(su)調節(jie)範(fan)圍(wei)大(da)。

l The crystallization tank is made of imported 304 or 316L stainless steel, the inner wall is mechanically polished or electrolytic mirror polished, the outer wall is insulated with a 304 fully welded structure, and the outer surface is treated with mirror or matt finish.

l Install a 0.22um respirator on the crystallization tank.

l The crystallization tank can withstand high-temperature sterilization and disinfection at 121 ℃, and is equipped with a sanitary pressure gauge.

l The external connection port of the tank body adopts a sanitary quick opening joint.

l The crystallization tank is equipped with a temperature monitoring device, 2 mirrors, cleaning balls, nitrogen inlet, thermometer port, and other interfaces.

l The shaft seal adopts a special sanitary mechanical seal design to ensure that materials are not contaminated.

l The crystallization tank can adopt a frequency conversion adjustment device, with a wide adjustment range of mixing shaft rotation speed.
