本設(she)備適(shi)用於(yu)中藥、口服(fu)液、食(shi)品(pin)、保(bao)健(jian)品(pin)、化工等(deng)的酒精沈澱，酒精沈澱罐系(xi)醇(chun)沈(亦(yi)稱換(huan)溶或(huo)醇桿)舊(jiu)工藝開(kai)發(fa)的(de)專(zhuan)用(yong)設(she)備，主要(yao)用於(yu)中(zhong)藥(yao)水(shui)煎液(ye)濃縮(suo)後(hou)進行(xing)冷(leng)凍(dong)酒精沈澱的操作，也可用於中(zhong)藥(yao)濃縮(suo)液進行(xing)水(shui)沈澱的操作。

本設(she)備是(shi)由內罐體、夾(jia)套(tao)、橢圓(yuan)封頭、錐形底封頭、攪拌(ban)系(xi)統(tong)以(yi)及(ji)特(te)殊(shu)的微(wei)調(tiao)旋轉(zhuan)出(chu)液管等(deng)組裝(zhuang)而(er)成(cheng)。

中(zhong)藥(yao)水(shui)煎濃縮(suo)液酒精配成(cheng)壹(yi)定醇(chun)度(du)的液體，然後(hou)常(chang)溫(wen)或(huo)低溫(wen)冷(leng)凍(dong)沈降進行(xing)液(ye)固(gu)分離，以(yi)提高中藥(yao)提取(qu)液的純度(du)及(ji)澄(cheng)明度。

本設(she)備全部(bu)選(xuan)用不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)SUS304制造，配有高壓水(shui)自(zi)動(dong)噴(pen)淋清(qing)洗(xi)系(xi)統(tong)，夾(jia)套(tao)中可通低溫(wen)冷(leng)卻(que)水(shui)，傳(chuan)動(dong)部(bu)位(wei)采(cai)用(yong)機(ji)械(xie)密(mi)封、防(fang)爆電(dian)機(ji)確保(bao)生產安(an)全，符合(he)GMP醫(yi)藥標準，設(she)備表(biao)面鏡面或(huo)亞光(guang)處理(li)。

The equipment is composed of inner tank, jacket, elliptical head, conical bottom head, mixing system and special fine-tuning rotating liquid outlet pipe.

The concentrated decoction of traditional Chinese medicine is made into a liquid with a certain alcohol degree, and then frozen and settled at room temperature or low temperature for liquid-solid separation, so as to improve the purity and clarity of the extract of traditional Chinese medicine.

The equipment is made of stainless steel SUS304 and equipped with high-pressure water automatic spray cleaning system. The jacket can be filled with low-temperature cooling water. The transmission part adopts mechanical seal and explosion-proof motor to ensure production safety and meet GMP medical standards. The surface of the equipment is treated with mirror or matte.
