衛(wei)生級(ji)儲(chu)罐是(shi)我(wo)公司參照(zhao)國(guo)際(ji)質量(liang)標準制(zhi)造(zao)的(de)，罐(guan)體、內膽材料(liao)全(quan)部采(cai)用(yong)SUS316L或(huo)SUS304不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)。罐(guan)體內表面(mian)鏡面(mian)拋(pao)光(guang)，粗(cu)糙(cao)度(du)Ra≤0.4μm，外(wai)保(bao)溫(wen)壁(bi)采(cai)用(yong)SUS316L或(huo)SUS304不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)制(zhi)成(cheng)。廣(guang)泛應用(yong)於制藥(yao)、食(shi)品、化工、生物制品等行業(ye)液體或(huo)氣體物料(liao)的(de)常溫(wen)儲(chu)存或(huo)冷凍(dong)儲(chu)存，可用(yong)於儲(chu)存提(ti)取(qu)液、乙醇(chun)、酸(suan)、堿、氣體等。

衛(wei)生級(ji)儲(chu)罐按(an)形(xing)式分(fen)類：可分為(wei)立(li)式不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)衛(wei)生級(ji)儲(chu)罐，臥(wo)式不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)衛(wei)生級(ji)儲(chu)罐;

按壓(ya)力要(yao)求(qiu)分類：不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)壓(ya)力容器，非(fei)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)壓(ya)力容器。

根據(ju)結構(gou)可分為(wei)：單(dan)層儲(chu)罐、雙(shuang)層儲(chu)罐(帶(dai)保(bao)溫(wen)層)、三(san)層儲(chu)罐(帶(dai)保(bao)溫(wen)和(he)夾套)

Sanitary Storage Tanks Are Classified By Type：It can be divided into vertical stainless steel sanitary storage tank and horizontal stainless steel sanitary storage tank;

Classification according to pressure requirements: stainless steel pressure vessel, non stainless steel pressure vessel.

衛(wei)生級(ji)儲(chu)罐主(zhu)要(yao)由罐本(ben)體及附(fu)件(jian)組(zu)成(cheng)。

Ø 衛(wei)生級(ji)儲(chu)罐主(zhu)要(yao)由筒體、支腿(tui)(或(huo)支耳(er))、上(shang)下封(feng)頭、夾套及保溫(wen)層組(zu)成(cheng)。

Ø 儲(chu)罐筒(tong)體圓(yuan)柱形(xing)，上(shang)下封頭(tou)為(wei)標準橢圓(yuan)形(xing)或(huo)蝶形(xing)封(feng)頭，主(zhu)要(yao)材質為(wei)304或(huo)316L不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)。

Ø 保溫(wen)材料(liao)多為(wei)聚(ju)氨酯(zhi)或(huo)巖(yan)棉，厚(hou)度(du)50㎜~100㎜。

Ø 附(fu)件(jian)主(zhu)要(yao)包(bao)括衛(wei)生人孔(kong)、視鏡(jing)視燈、料(liao)液進(jin)出口(kou)及其它(ta)工藝管口(kou)、CIP清洗口(kou)、和其(qi)它(ta)選(xuan)項(xiang)如(ru)：液位(wei)計(ji)、溫(wen)度(du)計(ji)、清(qing)洗球、呼(hu)吸(xi)器、稱重模(mo)塊(kuai)、壓(ya)力表、安(an)全(quan)閥(fa)等。

Ø 凡(fan)與(yu)藥(yao)液接(jie)觸(chu)的(de)部(bu)分均采(cai)用(yong)304或(huo)316L不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)制(zhi)造(zao)，具有無毒(du)、無脫落(luo)、良(liang)好(hao)的(de)耐(nai)腐(fu)蝕性(xing)等特點，不僅(jin)能(neng)使(shi)藥(yao)品、食(shi)品質量(liang)得(de)到保證，而(er)且(qie)設備(bei)使用(yong)壽命(ming)長。

Sanitary Storage Tank Is Mainly Composed Of Tank Body And Accessories.

Ø Sanitary storage tanks are mainly composed of cylinders, legs (or lugs), upper and lower heads, jackets and insulation layers.

Ø The tank barrel is cylindrical, the upper and lower heads are standard oval or butterfly heads, and the main material is 304 or 316L stainless steel.

Ø The thermal insulation material is mostly polyurethane or rock wool, with a thickness of 50mm ~ 100mm.

Ø Accessories mainly include sanitary manhole, sight glass, feed liquid inlet and outlet and other process pipe orifices, CIP cleaning port, and other options, such as liquid level gauge, thermometer, cleaning ball, respirator, weighing module, pressure gauge, safety valve, etc.

Ø All parts in contact with liquid medicine are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, which has the characteristics of non-toxic, no falling off and good corrosion resistance. It can not only ensure the quality of drugs and food, but also prolong the service life of the equipment.
